McDonald's

Placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive-thru. Came to the first window, no one was there, so we waited, but we ended up going to the second window so we wouldn’t hold up the line. After all, it’s just a pickup order already made. They demanded a receipt after I told them the code for my mobile order, and they said they didn’t have it. The manager didn’t try to assist the situation and told us to go around the line after we'd waited so long. We comply and approached the speaker again, repeating the same code to my same order, and the guy told me that they didn’t have it and to go to the first window and figure things out. That’s when I showed them my receipt from my emails, it was the right location, right time, right everything, yet they acted confused as to why they didn’t “get” my order. They sent me to the second window again, and I finally got my order. At the end of the day, they wasted my time, don’t know how to run the place, the manager failed to assist further, and my nuggets were cold.

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by the Strawberry & Crème Pie. Something has definitely changed, and it is for the better! I remember these being way too sweet and sugary in the past, but this time it was absolutely delicious. They have clearly improved the recipe or the balance of the ingredients. The sweetness is now exactly on point—not overwhelming at all. You can actually taste the strawberry and the cream perfectly. The crust was also incredibly crispy and well-baked. I’m so impressed with how much better this is now. It’s the perfect treat if you want something sweet but balanced. Next time, I’m definitely grabbing about five of them! Highly recommended! 🫰🏾

DON'T ORDER HERE EVEN MOBILE OR YOU'LL PAY 250 EXTRA$$$ Management allows predatory towing in their lot and does nothing to protect customers. After years of mobile ordering at this location, I won’t be back. We parked while waiting on a mobile order and briefly stepped into another store in the plaza. In less than 10 minutes, our car was towed. Nearby employees said the tow company watches for anyone who leaves the lot. When I spoke to the manager, she said the tow driver only comes in to ask for owners. Additionally we were towed so quickly we never had a chance to respond and show our mobile order receipt. She sarcastically suggested we should have stayed in our car while waiting. If that’s the policy, there should be clear signage. Instead, customers are left vulnerable at the processes of their shady tow company. Plenty of other McDonald's locations nearby — this one isn’t worth the risk.

1st of I’d like to remind everyone whom work at this place this is America we speak English here I came to place a order one day and the cashier rudely pointed to his co-worker sayin “English English “ pointing at me in a disrespectful manner not only did he still get my order wrong it took forever to get my order they treat customers on the inside as if drive thru is the only place that matter there 5 mins to place a order is so unprofessional I come again the next day just to find a pc of hair in my fries I was mortified because all the staff had no hair nets not only that they are wearing gloves touching money and good… very unsanitized restaurant…. I took photo of the fries with hair wrapped around it circled in red also a photo of employees without hairnets

came in at 10 tried to go into the dining room but they claimed they are “closed” but their times says dining hours 11 pm, this happens almost everytime i come here after work. There’s literally people inside dining. so why i can’t go inside is really weird to me. it’s 10:25pm as of right now. This ridiculous if you’re closing the dining room at 10 then advertise that on your signs. never coming back here again. literally a waste of my time. Then the staff ignores those at the door like at least tell us you’re not going let them in. i will leave a bad review on them daily.
